The Smoković project is a closed-type settlement, the so-called “gated community.” The project includes the construction of 28 luxury villas with a swimming pool (storey and single-storey).
The villas are located only 10 km from Zadar, the highway connection is 9 km away, and Zadar International Airport is only 7 km away. Therefore, the location of the settlement enables nature and peace, and yet offers the convenience of the city, which is only 10 minutes away by car.
The house is located on a plot of 500 m2, and the plot is surrounded by a 160 cm high wall, in order to guarantee the privacy of every inhabitant of the settlement. The total net usable area of the house is 201m2 (ground floor + first floor).
GROUND FLOOR: hallway, toilet, laundry room, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, staircase, kitchen, living room and dining room with an open floor plan with large glass walls.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a heated pool of 32 m2. In the construction of the house, the highest quality materials are used, such as thermal insulation of the facade, three-layer PVC glass, and floor heating is installed throughout the house.
This house, like the entire settlement, was created to provide a unique balance between nature and the busy rhythm of the city.
